The new Rector of the Shelswell Benefice, Reverend Alice Goodall, was officially installed on Tuesday 19th January 2016 by the Bishop of Dorchester and the Archdeacon of Oxford, in the Church of St Mary and St Edburga, Stratton Audley.
The church was packed with dignitaries and parishioners from all the villages within the Benefice and the ceremony was a very special event and a great celebration, with refreshments in the Church after the service. Alice was welcomed by everyone and looks forward to her time as Rector with great enthusiasm.
